Look Far Not.

18

I’ve always longed to find a place I can go to whenever I feel down.

Funny thing is, we have this garden (sort of) in our yard that I (and everyone in the house, actually) tend to ignore. Instead I tried going to places far from my home, wasting money and risking my safety, just to find a place that I can call my safe haven.

I think someone’s trying to tell me that sometimes, the things we are desperately looking for are right inside us (or near us); we just have to look hard or maybe stand back up in order for us to see the bigger picture. Sometimes, the missing things we are looking for are not really missing; we’re just looking at the wrong places.

That’s the moral of this post.

Also I want to show you our backyard. 🙂
